Manuscript Submission Guidelines

1. Special terms

( A ) Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously, and that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The similarity between the article submitted and the other articles ( including the author’s own articles ) shall not exceed 10%. Plagiarism should be avoided. Please observe the above-mentioned guidelines consciously. The submission platform of " Open Education Research " is

(B) The editors are entitled to edit and modify the content of the manuscript appropriately. If the author does not agree with this term, please state clearly in the apparent position of the manuscript, otherwise, it is believed that the author has accepted the term.

(C ) The submissions will be reviewed in two phases by the editorial board ( about two weeks) before the external review. After being reviewed by the external anonymous experts, the editorial board will make a final decision if the manuscript will be published or not. If the author does not receive any notice from the editorial board in three months, he can process the article by himself. Please do not send the article to another place for publishing during the submission period .

2. Body and title

The body of the submission should be around10,000 words, not less than 8500 words; if the article is addressing the major theoretical or important academic topics, it should not exceed 25 000 words in maximum. Specific requirements are as follows :

(A) An original topic is required. The title should be concise, specific, and precise, which summarizes the gist of the article .

(B) An abstract is required (300-500 words) stating the background, methods, processes, conclusions of the research and recommendations.

(C) Please provide 3-5 keywords, which will be separated by semicolons .

(D) The font of the text is Times New Roman.

( E) The subtitle should be in the center./p>

Brief introduction about the Author

The introduction of the authors will be listed in the first page of article in the form of footnote, which includes name, academic degree, academic title, employer and position, research area ( optional ) and contact details ( telephone, mobile, mailing address , zip code, e-mail ) .

3、Figures and Tables

Each figure and table in the text should has a caption. The caption of the figure should be labeled at the the bottom of the figure, while the caption of the table should be marked at the top of the table. If there are more than one figure or table, the order of the figures and tables should be listed in Arabic numerals, such as Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, and the tables using Chinese figures , such as Table I, II , III , ......
