开放视野:让教师在教学评价中走向专业发展

【摘要】随着信息化教学的深入发展,许多教师发现自己迷失了传统听课评课的原则和方向,而如何在这种开放式的教学交流过程中促进自身的专业发展,更是从无谈起。针对这种现象,本文论述了信息化教学情境下开展课堂教学评价的标准与意义,听课评课的过程与方法,并总结了运用信息化手段进行听课评课的几种主要形式,希望教师能够运用好这种常见的教研活动,将教师专业发展带入一个新阶段。

Leading Teachers towards the Higher Professional Development

Stage by Informational Class-teaching Assessment

Abstract: With the rapid development of informational teacher, more and more teachers had no ideas about the informational class-teaching assessment with the traditional principles, not mention how to promote professional development degree of themselves. According with the situation, the article discusses the meaning and principles of the informational class-teaching listening and assessment, such as encouraging the students be the active learners, creating an learning environment where students could feel happy, making information technology as students' learning tools but no teaching tools, etc. At the same time, the article lists some reasonable procedures and methods to be followed by stuff, and introduces several informational tools , such as microteaching, visual teaching research, informational case and eportfolio to promote the stuff professional development to a higher stage.
