教育信息资源“区域共建共享”开发应用模式研究*

【摘要】本文针对现行“校校建库”的弊端,提出“政府主导、企业开发、学校应用”的数字化教育信息资源“区域共建共享”开发应用模式及相应的运行机制。从理论上证明该模式将实现教育信息资源的商业化有序开发,可以增强经济效益,提高教育信息资源质量,扩大区域教育信息资源库的容量,有效防止低水平重复建设。

On the Model and Operations of Collaborative Construction

and Sharing of Educational Resources

Abstract: To resolve problems with schools wasting resources building similar repositories or databases of educational resources, this paper proposes a design and operational model of collaborative construction and sharing of educational resources. This model proposes regional databases to be initiated by the government, developed by business corporations and used by the schools. This model should prove to guide the development of educational resources in a commercialized, orderly mode of development to improve the quality of educational resources, increase the repository of content for a region and avoid the problem of redundancy and repetition in building such repositories.
