远程教育学生系统的构成与管理探究

【摘要】远程教育的学生系统是远程教育系统的主要组成部分,其组织结构及其管理具有与普通高等院校完全不同的特性,只有充分了解远程教育学生系统的构成要素和运行规律,才能准确地把握远程教育学生管理的关键。本文遵循远程教育“以学生为中心”的服务理念,依据系统管理理论,应用组织系统原理,探究以学生特征为主导的学生自组织、以学校对学生学习支持服务为主导的组织环境,以及体现教育需求的相关社会环境所构成的远程教育学生系统构成要素,并从学生事务管理和学生学习管理两方面去分析远程教育学生系统管理链的基本结构。

The Exploration of the Constitution and Management of

Distance Education Student System

Abstract: Student system of distance education is an important part of a distance education system. The constitution and management of the student system of distance education has unique characteristics compared to those of other higheducation institutions. A full understanding of the elements and rules of operation for distance education student system is key to the management of distance education students. Using a student-oriented paradigm that is based upon system management theories, and applying organization system principles, this article explores the student self-organization primarily based on student characteristics, the organization environment; and the components for distance education student system.
