社区教育课程开发研究*

【摘要】课程问题是社区教育的核心问题,社区教育课程应该坚持多样化原则,采用“需求导向型”模式,以成人教育理论为依据,从社区居民的实际需要出发来确定其内容。本文在厘清社区教育内涵和理论依据的基础上,指出了社区教育课程开发中存在的主要问题,并从社区发展的角度提出了切实解决这些问题的策略。

An Analysis of Problems in Community Curriculum Development

Abstract: Curriculum is the core issue of community education. Based on adult education theories and the real needs of community residents, the community curriculum should adhere to the principles of diversity, and adopt a "demandoriented community development" model to determine its content. This paper identifies the main problems of community curriculum development and proposed some strategic recommendations for addressing these problems from the perspective of community development.
