开放教育资源整合与共享探索*

——主要模式、机制与形式探析

【摘要】自1999年开放教育项目启动以来,中央电大进行了多种形式的教育资源整合与共享的探索。截至20097月,中央电大先后与23所普通高校、15个行业(部委)、44所省级电大、6个学院以及国外一些远程教育机构开展了教育资源整合与共享的实践工作。本文在对以往实践分析梳理的基础上,概括出了开放教育资源整合与共享的“五种模式、三种机制、多种形式”。

Analysis of the Main Models, Mechanism and Forms of Open

Educational Resources Integration and Sharing

Abstract: Since the beginning of Open Education Project in 1999, Chinese Radio and TV University (CRTVU) has made great effort to reallocate, integrate and share distance education resources in a variety of ways. By the end of July 2009, CRTVU has cooperated with 23 universities, 15 industry sectors (ministries), 44 provincial-level RTVUs, 6 collages and some educational institutions abroad. By analyzing the past practices and researches, this paper summarizes the "five models, three mechanisms, multiple formats" in distance education resource sharing.
