终身教育体系的整体再建构

——中日学者三人谈

    【编者按】从20世纪50年代至今,终身教育作为一股国际潮流,在世界各国已经逐渐从理念演变为具体的国家战略和改革措施。中国从《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》、十六大报告、十七大报告到最近公布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(20102020)》,一如既往地强调终身教育体系和学习型社会的构建。然而,由于我国幅员辽阔,各地区经济发展不平衡,构建终身教育体系注定是一条不平坦的道路。那么,如何构建中国特色的终身教育体系?本期我们有幸同时邀请到东京大学教育学院教授、博士生导师牧野笃,华东师范大学教育学系教授、终身教育研究中心主任吴遵民,上海电视大学教授、上海开放大学综合办公室副主任杨敏,他们将以国际的视野、比较的角度、对话的形式一起来梳理国际终身教育理论、实践与政策的发展脉络,希望能对中国终身教育研究、实践及政策制定提供借鉴。

    牧野笃(图中右一)1988年毕业于名古屋大学教育学院,获教育学博士学位,1985年至1987年在中国南京大学留学;曾经担任过名古屋大学教育学院副教授(19921997年,20002006年),名古屋大学国际开发学院副教授(19972000年),名古屋大学教育学院教授(20062008年),2008年起被聘为东京大学教育学院教授、博士生导师,研究方向为终身学习、高龄教育、社区总体营造、中国现代教育思想、中国社区教育和教育改革等。吴遵民(图中右二)1990年至2001年留学日本神户大学,获教育学硕士、学术博士学位,现任华东师范大学教育科学学院教育学系教授、博士生导师,华东师范大学终身教育研究中心主任,从事专业领域为教育政策学、教育基本理论、学习社会与社区教育、当代终身教育理论与实践等,著有《实践终身教育论》、《现代终身学习论》等十余部著作,并在国内外刊物上发表论文50余篇。杨敏,教授,上海开放大学综合办公室副主任,研究方向为文化学、开放与远程教育。

 A Complete Re-construction of Lifelong Education System

——An Interview with Three Scholars from China and Japan

Editorial: From the 1950s, lifelong education has been not only an idea but also national strategies and reform measures in many countries.From the report at the 16th Congress of the Communist to the "Medium and Long-term National Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)", Chinese government plans to focus on constructing lifelong learning education system and learning society in China.However, due to the unbalanced development of regional economy, building lifelong education system in China destines to be a bumpy road.In this interview, we invited Dr.Makino Benedict, the Professor of Institute of Education at Tokyo University, Dr.Wu Zunmin, Professor of Department of Education in East China Normal University,and Prof.Yang Min at Shanghai Open University,to dialogue and discuss the theory, practice, and policy development of lifelong education from an international and a comparative perspective.We hope this interview can be helpful to more lifelong education researchers and practitioners.

    Makino Benedict is a professor at Tokyo University.His interested research is lifelong learning.senior citizens, education, community development, China's modern educational thinking, the Chinese community education and educational reform.Wu Zunmin is a professor at East China Normal University,and also serves as the Director of the Universitys Lifelong Education Research Center in East China Normal University.He has published many books such as "lifelong Education", "Modern life-long learning" and more than 50 papers on domestic and foreign Academic Journals.Yang Min is professor and Deputy Director of Comprehensive Office of Shanghai Open University.Her research field is culture, science, open and distance education.
