开放远程条件下教研活动的策略研究

    【摘要】教研活动是电大开放远程教育系统办学重要的教学管理环节,电大网络化的办学系统所具有的分点施教、分散学习和统一考试的特点,以及传统电大正在向现代开放远程教育转型的特殊阶段,决定了电大教研活动的任务和形式全然不同于普通高校的教研活动。本文以上海电视大学为例,分析了教研活动在正规化和成熟化的同时所存在的问题和危机,并在近年来开展深度教研活动的基础上,从教研活动的方式、方法和内容三个方面,探讨了教研活动的变革和创新策略。如何拓展教研活动的深度和广度,使之可持续发展,这是一项系统工程,而了解教师需求是提高教研活动有效性的基础和前提,健全考核制度是保证教研活动质量的关键,完善激励机制是深化教研活动的持续动力。

Research on the Strategies of Organizing Teaching and

Research Activities in Open and Distance Education

Abstract: Teaching-based research activity is an important way to help organize teaching in open and distance educational institutions such as China's TV university systems. The mission and operation of TV/open universities are completely different from these in ordinary universities. For example, the contradiction among the teaching methods of different branches, the nature of learning (distributed), assessing students online (through exams), and the recent change from traditional TV universities to modern open and distance education. This article analyzes the problems and challenges when teaching and research activity is becoming standardized. This article is based on the practice of organizing profound teaching and research activity over recent years, and explores its reform and innovation strategies from models, methods, and content.
