中国开放大学的学科与师资队伍建设*

【摘要】学科与师资队伍是大学内涵建设的核心要素。本文提出,中国开放大学的学科与师资队伍建设应该基于“大学”发展规律和国家、地方开放大学的定位及其远程、开放、面向成人在职学习的特点,从国家和地方开放大学既共性一致,又个性鲜明的实际出发,变革传统大学的思维定势与建设模式,选择适合自身特点的学科与师资队伍建设目标、重点与路径,提升中国开放大学学术水平,推动中国开放大学的建设与发展。

Discipline and Teaching Staff Construction of

Open University in China

Abstract: The constructions of discipline and teaching resource are the core elements of connotation construction in a university. This paper intends to probe the ways to change the thinking set and construction mode in traditional universities which are based on the lows of university development. In order to locate the common orientation of both the national and local Open Universities, newly styled universities in China should be established with the charaters of long-distant, open, oriented to adult in-service learning. It also tries to locate the adaptive target, priority and path of discipline and teaching resourse constructions in order to upgrade the academic level and development of Open University in China,
