新世纪十年中国职业教育的发展困境与思考

【摘要】职业教育的“中国模式”是当前职业教育领域理论与实践探究的重点问题,而困境追问与思考是进入问题与模式分析的开端。本文通过历史研究法和文献研究法试图对新世纪十年中国职业教育面临的深度困境予以详实解析。研究表明:因传统文化认知、原创力缺失、资源整合乏力等要素的影响,中国职业教育面临民族化与本土化问题、校企合作机制低效问题、结构优化与质量提升问题等诸多困境。基于职业教育具有政府主导、跨界属性、可持续发展等特性,本文从技术人才、理论原创、跨界制度等综合视域提出了应对原则与策略。

The Development Dilemma of China's Vocational Education

in the Ten Years of the New Century

Abstract: Theory and practice related to vocational education has been an important research area in China. Based on the history and literatures in the past decade, this paper analyzes in-depth the dilemma faced by China's vocational education. Due to the influence of traditional cultural cognition, loss of creativity, and resources integration, China's vocational education encounters many dilemmas including nationalization and localization, the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism structure optimization, and inefficient, quality improvement etc. Based on the characteristics of government-led vocational education, cross-border attributes and sustainable development, this paper suggests coping principles and strategies to address these dilemma.
