同辈团体理论在远程开放教育管理中的应用

【摘要】目前国内外有关同辈团体理论的研究多聚焦于中小学生,针对成人的研究相对较少。本文探讨了同辈团体理论在远程开放教育管理中的应用。同辈团体对成员个体具有导向、约束、凝聚、激励、调适等正功能作用;它通过影响非智力因素,促进远程开放学习者个体学习效率的提高;建设网络同辈评价体系和同辈支持体系,有助于发挥同辈团体文化在远程开放教育中的正向功能,提高教学管理效率,促进学习者全面健康发展。

 Application of Peer Group Theories in the Innovation of

Open and Distance  Education Management

Abstract:Recent research on peer group theories are mainly focused on secondary and primary school students. The article attempts to probe into the application of peer group theories in the innovation of distance and open education management. Peer groups have such positive effects on individuals as orienting, unifying, binding, stimulating, and adjusting. By affecting the non-intellectual elements, peer groups can help improve the effectiveness of open education. Establishing a web-based peer evaluation system and peer support center may enhance the positive function of peer group culture in open and distance education, so as to improve the efficiency of teaching administration and safeguard the healthy development of open education students.
